Responsibilites and Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for promoting and marketing surgical disposable products
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and other partners

Required Experience and Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mind-set
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional areas
