Responsibilites and Duties

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervising production staff: You will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of production machine operators, helpers ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and achieving the production target and follow the rules and regulation of working in compliance with ISO 13485:2016 procedure
• Ensuring production targets are met: You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, and that production processes are efficient, and cost-effective.
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained: You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards, and that production processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Managing inventory: You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring that raw materials and finished products are available in the right quantities to meet production schedules.
• Maintaining equipment: You will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment is properly maintained and serviced, and that any breakdowns or faults are promptly addressed.
• Implementing continuous improvement: You will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve production processes, and implementing measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensuring safety and compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that production processes are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, and that employees are trained and aware of any potential hazards.
• MIS: You will keep all production related information, ensure all production data is entered into the Tally software. 

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards, and be able to manage and motivate a team effectively. You should also be familiar with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry, and be able to implement measures to ensure compliance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
